New

All six photographs can be seen in the clubhouse at new upscale living community, Artessa at Franklin

I finally had a chance to check out the newly installed suite of my photographs at the (very much still under construction) Artessa at Franklin. Artessa at Franklin is a new upscale living community located near Cool Springs Road in Franklin, Tennessee.

The six large-scale black and white photographs have been face-mounted to plexiglass and hung along a lengthy corridor wall in the community’s clubhouse. The subjects of all six photos are historic sites around Franklin, Tennessee.

Many thanks to Artessa and to Houston interior design firm M. Ford and Associates for selecting my photographs for this beautiful new property, and for supporting local artists.

The black and white photographs were face-mounted to acrylic and mounted directly to the wall at Artessa

The light in the corridor is quite uneven, but in person, it’s a pleasant viewing experience. Artessa at Franklin, Franklin, Tennessee, June 2015.

Detail shot of the mounting hardware and the edge of the plexiglass mounting surface. As you can see, the glass is quite reflective. Artessa at Franklin — Franklin, Tennessee. June 2015.
